Delivery Explained

Overview

Our standard lead-time from receipt of order to despatch of goods is two to three weeks for those ranges that are held in stock here in the UK. For non-stock items, the lead-times vary between four and six weeks depending upon the model chosen. Amendments to purchase orders or changes to artwork may alter lead times.

We also offer three different levels of Express Service on a range of popular models for those occasions where time is of the essence.

Same-Day Express Service

Order and Correct Artwork by 10am

Approval by 11am

Despatch Same Day

24HR Express Service

Order and correct artwork by 3pm

Paper Proof Approval by 4pm

We despatch by the end of the next day

3-Day Express Service

The 3-day countdown starts from the time we receive your signed approval on both our order acknowledgement and artwork sheet.
